Anaerobic Retaining Compounds
Vibra-Tite’s retaining compounds are specially formulated to enhance the shear strength of non-threaded cylindrical metal assemblies. These anaerobic retaining compounds cure into sturdy, robust thermoset plastic that fills the miniscule spaces between close-fitting metal parts and fuses them into a one-piece assembly. Retaining compounds also seal joints against gas or fluid leakage and help prevent corrosion.
