Red Permanent Threadlocker also cures within 24 hours and can maintain holds in temperatures up to 500° F. Red Threadlocker protects threads from rust and corrosion, while preventing loosening due to shock and vibration. Additionally, anaerobic adhesives, such as Vibra-Tite and Red Loctite are designed for use in challenging applications to fill the spaces and surface irregularities between tightly mated thread or cylindrical parts, which eliminate the need for washers or gaskets.
